About the Position

Anew U Counseling Services is seeking a polished, dependable Marketing Outreach Coordinator to strengthen referral relationships, develop new community partnerships, and increase awareness of our counseling services.

This position requires a proactive professional who takes ownership of their work, communicates confidently, and follows through consistently. The ideal candidate can identify opportunities, organize priorities, and move projects forward independently with minimal day-to-day supervision. Experience in mental health or healthcare outreach is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with medical offices, schools, psychiatrists, community organizations, and other referral partners.




• Identify and contact prospective partners through calls, emails, in-person visits, and networking.




• Maintain regular contact with existing partners and provide timely updates on services, therapist availability, and referral procedures.




• Coordinate community outreach, resource events, presentations, and distribution of marketing materials.




• Create, schedule, and publish social media content at least twice weekly across designated platforms, following leadership’s approval process.




• Collaborate with intake staff and leadership to align outreach with clinician availability and practice needs.




• Maintain an organized referral partner database, document outreach activities, and complete follow-up on time.




• Provide a brief weekly report on contacts, meetings, partnership opportunities, referral trends, and next steps.




• Represent Anew U professionally and protect confidential information in all communications.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant experience in professional outreach, relationship development, marketing, community engagement, or a related role.




• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and follow through without frequent reminders.




• Strong written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.




• Professional judgment and confidence communicating with healthcare providers, school personnel, and organizational leaders.




• Experience creating business social media content and using Canva or similar design tools.




• Comfort using email, spreadsheets, shared calendars, and contact tracking systems.




• Reliable transportation and availability for local partner visits and community events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or healthcare marketing and referral development.




• Understanding of counseling services, barriers to accessing care, and the importance of culturally responsive services.




• Established relationships with local healthcare providers, schools, or community organizations.




• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public health, human services, or a related field. Equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Schedule and Work Environment

This hybrid position combines remote administrative work with in-person outreach in assigned service areas. The schedule is 10–15 hours per week and requires availability during business hours, with occasional evening or weekend events. Approved business mileage will be reimbursed separately.
