Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, Inc. seeks a Program Therapist to join the interdisciplinary care team serving youth with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric needs.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in school, community, and home settings, while ensuring program viability and compliance with PQI standards. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or similar.
• Current Montana SWLC/PCLC/MFLC or LCSW/LCPC/MFLT licensure eligibility.
• Driver’s license required.
• Criminal/Child Abuse clearance as per Montana regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth in various settings.
• Develop treatment plans and conduct clinical assessments.
• Engage with parents/guardians and coordinate with schools and community agencies.
• Maintain records and PQI-compliant documentation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and peer supervision.
• Ensure compliance with Montana Medicaid and YBGR licensure rules.
