Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch, Inc. is seeking a Program Therapist to join an interdisciplinary care team serving youth with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges.

You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based therapy, and engage with families across school, community and home settings. The role requires licensing as Program Therapist 1 or 2 and a valid vehicle license, with opportunities to collaborate with funding agencies and adhere to PQI standards within Montana Medicaid

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree and professional licenses required.
• Criminal/Child Abuse clearance required by the State of Montana.
• Experience in youth mental health preferred.
• Clinical documentation and adherence to PQI standards.

Aufgaben

• Provides individual, group and family therapy to youth in school, community or home settings.
• Conducts psychiatric assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Engages with parents/guardians and supports caregiver interactions.
• Willing to work in person and via telehealth.
• Responds to crises in a calm, safe manner.
• Completes paperwork including assessments, treatment plans and notes.
• Maintains communication with treatment teams and stakeholders.
• Participates in CST/IEP meetings and coordinates services with community agencies.
• Keeps knowledge of Montana Medicaid and YBGR licensure rules.
