Job summary

Mercy Health in Toledo, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient Wound Care Clinic at St. Anne Hospital.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, developing patient care plans, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with the care team, providing wound care coverage, administering medications safely, and implementing department goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
• Must possess current RN licensure (state) or compact license
• BLS Basic Life Support required prior to direct patient care (preferred upon hire)
• CWCN/COCN/CCCN/CWON certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote departmental plans, goals, and objectives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to standardize best practices
• Provide wound care service coverage in the center
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Education
