Job summary

Mercy Health in Toledo, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse in Outpatient Surgery at St. Anne Hospital. The RN will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in the operating room, coordinating with the care team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

The role requires an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, valid RN license, and BLS/ACLS or PALS preferred. On-site position with strong teamwork and patient-centered values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS Basic Life Support, ACLS or PALS preferred (may be required)
• CNOR/Congressional certifications preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Observe the surgery and surgical team to maintain a safe environment.
• Manage nursing care in the OR and coordinate with the team.
• Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care and discharge instructions.
