Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Clinical Associate in Physical Therapy to provide one-on-one assessments and individualized treatment plans for outpatient vestibular patients.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and continuous professional development. The role emphasizes movement-based diagnosis, tailored therapy plans, and adherence to state practice acts, with opportunities for teaching within the Doctor of Physical Therapy

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree - Physical Therapy.
• Licensure in MO and/or IL as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages a full patient caseload efficiently and informs supervisor of concerns.
• Evaluates patients and determines a movement diagnosis.
• Develops and implements tailored treatment plans including return-to-sport/work goals.
• Maintains accurate medical records using approved formats.
• Collaborates with pre-arrival and billing teams to ensure services are provided under referrals and insurance approvals.
