Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in MO and/or IL.
• BLS certification required within one month of hire.
• No specific work experience required.
• Outpatient orthopedics caseload and ambulatory surgery center experience aPlus.

Responsibilities

• Manages a full patient caseload with efficient scheduling and supervisor communication.
• Evaluates patients and determines movement diagnoses.
• Develops and implements tailored treatment plans considering diagnoses, co-morbidities, and patient goals.
• Documents medical records accurately using approved formats.
• Ensures treatments occur under valid referrals and insurance approvals.
• Provides patient and family education with expected outcomes and home exercise programs.
