Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for Missouri and/or Illinois Physical Therapist licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire.
• No specific work experience required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manages a full patient caseload efficiently and informs supervisor of concerns.
• Evaluates patients and determines a movement diagnosis and develops tailored treatment plans.
• Completes timely medical records and coordinates with pre-arrival and billing to ensure referrals and insurance approvals.
• Provides home exercise programs, patient education, and coordinates referrals as needed.
