Job summary

Community Care Physicians is seeking an experienced or highly motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Vascular Health Partners, one of the Capital Region’s premier vascular surgery practices. You will work with four board-certified vascular surgeons and a team of APPs to diagnose and treat complex arterial and venous disease in outpatient settings.

The role involves regular travel to satellite offices in Saratoga Springs, Queensbury, and Amsterdam, with a primary office in

Qualifications

• Current New York State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians.
• Prior vascular surgery, surgery, cardiology, interventional radiology, emergency medicine, or critical care experience preferred.
• New graduates with prior surgical or vascular clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
