Job summary

Elios Healthcare in Eugene, OR seeks an NP/PA to join a top-rated outpatient urology group. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for urology, strong patient care, and team-oriented mindset.

A 10-week orientation is provided to help new hires acclimate, with opportunities for long-term growth in a dedicated surgical/urologic practice. The position is outpatient-focused with occasional hospital rounding and a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, no holidays.

Qualifications

• PA/NP with 2+ years experience for PA option
• Acute care NP certification required to round
• New graduates considered but with passion for urology

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic with daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00a–4p)
• Rounding in hospital setting once a week for a few hours
• Collaborate with board-certified urologist on stone disease, BPH, LUTS, and robotic/minimally invasive care
• Commitment to empathetic patient care and team collaboration

We are the top rated outpatient Urology group in the Eugene area who is looking to hire an NP/PA.

We are big into patient care and satisfaction.

We look for providers who emphasize being an empathetic provider and team player.

*** We offer a 10 week orientation to all providers when they start, so you don't have to have Urology.

However, we do want you to have a passion for Urology as we are looking for a long term fit.

Ideal Candidate:

• Will look at a PA with 2+ years of experience.
• Will consider a Nurse Practitioner but you must be acute care certified in order to round.
• New graduates will be considered but must have a passion for urology.

Setting:

• Outpatient Clinic with normal daytime schedule
• Rounding in the hospital setting will be done once a week for a few hours.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00a-4p
• No holidays

About The Physician:

• The APP will work alongside a board-certified urologist with extensive training in general urology and minimally invasive surgical care.
• Their clinical expertise includes kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia, lower urinary tract symptoms, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery for urologic cancers.
• They are also actively involved in professional organizations and academic medicine, with multiple publications to their credit. Their approach to patient care emphasizes compassion, education, and shared decision-making.

Credentialing Time:

• 4+ weeks but can start beforehand
