Job summary

Talent With Heart in Mattoon, Illinois is seeking a Urologist for outpatient care. This full-time position offers a base compensation of $750,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package, sign-on incentive, relocation assistance, and tail coverage.

You will join a collaborative team and help expand urological care across the region. Responsibilities include comprehensive medical and surgical urology, coordinating clinic and surgical schedules, and a 1-in-3 call rotation, while maintaining

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or eligible.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions to a growing regional patient base.
• Collaborate with current department staff and APPs in a team-centered practice.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to ensure wide patient access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites and pursue outpatient expansion opportunities.
• Participate in a 1-in-3 call rotation for clinic and ED consults.
• Maintain thorough EMRs for all visits and procedures.
