Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Urologist for an outpatient-focused, full-time role in Mattoon, Illinois. The position offers a base compensation of $750,000 per year with a collaborative schedule designed to ensure comprehensive week-round service coverage.

You will join an active department with expansion potential and a strong mid-level support structure, contributing to growth of urological care across the region.

Qualificações

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• DEA registration.
• Completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a team-centered approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions to a growing regional patient base.
• Collaborate with the department infrastructure including APPs.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to cover mid-to-late week blocks for patient access.
• Utilize modern surgical suites and pursue outpatient surgery expansion opportunities.
• Participate in a manageable call rotation, with call capped at 1 in 3.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for all visits and procedures.
