SUN Behavioral Health is seeking a Patient Transport Associate to move clients to and from PHP/Outpatient programs, provide direct patient care, and support daily operations. You will maintain transportation logs, assist with meals and groups, and ensure safety and patient comfort during all interactions.

Responsibilities include operating a vehicle in compliance with laws, performing pre-trip inspections, reporting incidents, keeping the vehicle clean, and assisting outpatient staff as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations in 3 years.
• CPR and hospital‑selected de‑escalation technique certification required.

Responsabilités

• Transport clients to and from PHP/Outpatient program daily.
• Maintain log of patient transportation, mileage, and current patient information sheets.
• Provide direct patient care and assist with monitoring client interaction, groups, and cafeteria/lunches.
