Corewell Health is seeking a Transplant Specialty RN to coordinate pre-transplant care for kidney, living donor, and liver transplant candidates in an outpatient setting.

You will educate patients and families, act as a resource to the team, and collaborate across a large multidisciplinary group to ensure seamless care delivery. This full-time role is based in Royal Oak, MI with day shifts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Two years outpatient transplant coordinator experience required; 3 years overall RN experience required.
• Current Michigan RN license required; CCTC required or commitment to take certification within 2 years and maintain certification.
• Current AHA or ARC BLS Certification required.
• Possible on-call for organ donor offer coordination.
• Computer experience including EMR, word processing, database software, and the internet. Excellent problem solving, organization and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work within a large multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades
