Oversees staff performance, service delivery, and access to care while maintaining a limited caseload. Ensures services are compliant, person-centered, and aligned with recovery-focused practices.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, coach, and evaluate outpatient staffOversee assessments, service planning, and care coordinationEnsure timely access to services and continuity of careMonitor service delivery, documentation, and compliance standardsMaintain a limited caseload, including treatment planning and therapy as neededCoordinate referrals to internal and external providersCollaborate with community partners (courts, schools, healthcare, DHS)Ensure adherence to Medicaid, DSM, and regulatory requirementsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical and administrative oversight, training, and performance managementConduct regular supervision and support staff developmentEnsure staff compliance with organizational and regulatory standardsQualificationsMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldMinimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experiencePrior supervisory experience preferredKnowledge of Medicaid guidelines, DSM criteria, and therapeutic practicesWork Environment & Physical RequirementsCombination of office and community-based workProlonged computer use and regular movement (standing/walking)Ability to lift up to 25 poundsValid driver’s license with ability to travel locallyAdditional InformationCandidates with lived experience in mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders are encouraged to apply.Wellvance Community Mental Health Authority is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on any legally protected status
