Job summary

Flagship Therapy seeks an Outpatient Coordinator for Falcon Pointe Post Acute in Katy, TX. Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (PT/PTA/OT/COTA or SLP) with current state licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building with physicians and staff.
• Experience in marketing in healthcare is optional, but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with current and prospective outpatient referral sources through face-to-face meetings with physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and community members.
• Identify and market to local primary and specialty physicians to address patients' outpatient therapy needs.
• Coordinate community events and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Rehab.
• Manage outpatient therapy schedules to maintain patient care plans and coordinate with other therapists on visits.
