Flagship Therapy is seeking a PRN Mobile Outpatient Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Falcon Pointe Post Acute team in Katy, TX. You will provide in-home and clinic-based OT services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

The role emphasizes rehabilitative interventions, ADL retraining, and progress communication with the supervising OT to ensure compliant, patient-centered care. Availability for PRN scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is required.
• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required to perform home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising OT.
