Job summary

Northeast Family Services in New York is seeking an outpatient clinician to deliver trauma-focused care using TF-CBT with PTSD and complex trauma clients. The role offers flexible scheduling and a hybrid work arrangement at our New Rochelle and Bronx clinics.

Compensation is fee-for-service at $70–$100 per hour, with bilingual skills and specialty experience earning premium rates. Applicants must be licensed NY LCSW or LMHC-D and TF-CBT trained, ready to support families across New York.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LCSW or LMHC‑D license required.
• TF‑CBT training or certification.
• Experience treating PTSD and complex trauma.
• Comfortable working with trauma survivors.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-focused TF‑CBT treatment for clients.
• Treat PTSD and complex trauma with evidenced-based approaches.
• Maintain timely documentation and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with bilingual clients and families as needed.
