Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join our growing New York team. Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period.

Hybrid opportunity with flexible scheduling and bilingual premium compensation. We provide strength-based interventions and evidence-based practices to treat youth’s behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work is required.
• LCSW licensure in NY required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth, and families.
• Excellent time-management skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join our growing New York team!

Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period!

Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service (FFS) Outpatient Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to treat youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Day time hours available!

Language Differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi!

Compensation

Full- Time:

• $70,000 -$80,000

Premiums Paid For

• Non-English language capacity

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work
• LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Access to secure internet required.
