Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join our growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service clinicians provide services to our patients in accordance with NFS policies.

We offer a hybrid schedule with flexible hours, bilingual premium opportunities, and strong clinical supervision. If you are licensed in NY and have experience with youth and families, join us to make a real difference.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work is required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in NY is required/preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth, and families.
• Strong time-management and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to manage schedule with client outreach; valid driver's license preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to youths, adults, and families per policy.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and clinical supervisors to maintain care standards.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support client strengths and growth.

Compensation

Fee for Service Rates:

• $55 to $75 / hour!

Premiums Paid For

• Non-English language capacity
• Experience
• Select clinical specialties

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work
• LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required.
