Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking licensed outpatient clinicians to join our New York team. Full-time clinicians will deliver strength-based therapies to youth and families and collaborate with a supportive leadership team.

We offer hybrid scheduling, a voluntary summer Friday schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package with bilingual premium rates for language skills. NY licensure is required for independent practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required and NY LCSW licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth, and families.
• Excellent time-management and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical services to youth and families under supervision.
• Coordinate with program leadership and adhere to NFS policies.

We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join our growing New York team!

Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period!

Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service (FFS) Outpatient Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to treat youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Day time hours available!

Language Differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi!

Compensation

Full- Time:

• $70,000 -$80,000

Premiums Paid For

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work
• LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY Required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Access to secure internet required.
