Job summary

Integrated Services of Kalamazoo (ISK) seeks an Outpatient Therapist to join the NAVIGATE team as an LMSW/LLMSW, LPC/LLPC, or LLP. This full-time, day-shift role involves delivering face-to-face clinical interventions on a multidisciplinary treatment team for individuals aged 15–35 with early psychosis.

IRT clinicians apply modular-based therapy and motivational interviewing to support recovery and community integration, serving clients at community, home, and office settings.

Qualifications

• Master's level licensed professional with LMSW/LLMSW, LPC/LLPC, or LLP.
• Minimum of one year of community-based experience.
• Availability to work one evening per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform face-to-face clinical interventions on a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Provide Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) using a modular-based technique.
• Engage NAVIGATE clients in community, home, and office settings using assertive outreach and motivational interviewing.
