Pine Rest Kalamazoo Clinic in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide assessment, counseling, and treatment services for individuals receiving behavioral health care. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and deliver evidence-based therapy to help patients build skills for recovery.

The role requires Michigan licensure (LMSW/LPC/LP or equivalent) with experience in assessment, therapy, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Current full Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPC, LP, or equivalent).
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children/adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with crisis intervention and safety planning.
