ColumbiaCare Services in Medford, Oregon, is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for our Central Clinic. The role provides clinical services, provisional assessments during crisis, supervision duties, and collaboration with community providers. After a 90‑day introductory period, consider licensure supervision opportunities.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, full-time, with a salary range from $76,800 to $90,000 plus differential pay. DHS background check required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Current LCSW or LPC (strongly preferred).
• Unlicensed therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
• Two (2) years of post‑graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting (preferred).
• Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration is required; we will assist with registration within the first week if not already registered.

Education
