ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Outpatient Therapist (Spanish) to provide on‑site clinical services in Medford, Oregon.

You will report to the Outpatient Clinical Manager and conduct provisional crisis assessments while offering supervision and liaison support to staff and partners. The role includes crisis de‑escalation training, potential licensure supervision after 90 days, and a full‑time day schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with competitive pay and language

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Two years of post‑graduate clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform provisional assessment for individuals in crisis.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff.
• Liaise with community providers; participate in crisis de‑escalation training.
• Eligible for supervision toward licensure after 90‑day introductory period.
