We have an opportunity for an Outpatient Therapist to provide clinical services at our Central Clinic in Medford, Oregon. The Outpatient Therapist reports to the Outpatient Clinical Manager for day‑to‑day supervision and work assignments. You will be responsible for performing a Provisional Assessment for individuals experiencing crisis, providing clinical oversight and consultation to staff, liaising with community providers, and receiving crisis de‑escalation training with hands‑on techniques. Upon successful completion of the 90‑day introductory period, you may participate in our supervision toward licensure program.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Full Time, Day)
Base salary: $76,800.00 to $90,000.00 per year, with additional differentials:
Unlicensed: $6,400 – $7,000 per month
Professional Oregon Mental Health License: $7,000 – $7,500 per month
Our Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and offers clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services. The Psychiatric Services Team operates within the program, specializing in psychiatric, nursing, and medication services, performed both on‑site and via telemedicine.
Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration is required; we will assist with registration within the first week if not already registered.
Successful applicants must have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
The position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers, occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks, and lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
