ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Outpatient Therapist (Spanish) to provide on‑site clinical services in Medford, Oregon.
You will report to the Outpatient Clinical Manager and conduct provisional crisis assessments while offering supervision and liaison support to staff and partners. The role includes crisis de‑escalation training, potential licensure supervision after 90 days, and a full‑time day schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with competitive pay and language
We have an opportunity for a Bilingual Outpatient Therapist (Spanish) to provide clinical services on‑site in Medford, Oregon. The Outpatient Therapist reports to the Outpatient Clinical Manager for day‑to‑day supervision and work assignments. In this position, you are responsible for performing a provisional assessment for individuals experiencing crisis. The Outpatient Therapist will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. Additionally, you will receive crisis de‑escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands‑on maneuvers and techniques. If desired, the Outpatient Therapist will be eligible to participate in our supervision toward licensure program after successful completion of the 90‑day introductory period.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Full Time, Day).
$6,000 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
