ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Outpatient Therapist (Spanish) to provide on‑site clinical services in Medford, Oregon.

You will report to the Outpatient Clinical Manager and conduct provisional crisis assessments while offering supervision and liaison support to staff and partners. About the Job

We have an opportunity for a Bilingual Outpatient Therapist (Spanish) to provide clinical services on‑site in Medford, Oregon. The Outpatient Therapist reports to the Outpatient Clinical Manager for day‑to‑day supervision and work assignments. In this position, you are responsible for performing a provisional assessment for individuals experiencing crisis. The Outpatient Therapist will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. Additionally, you will receive crisis de‑escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands‑on maneuvers and techniques. If desired, the Outpatient Therapist will be eligible to participate in our supervision toward licensure program after successful completion of the 90‑day introductory period.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Full Time, Day).

Salary

$6,000 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

• Unlicensed: $6,000 - $6,750 per month
• Professional Oregon Mental Health License: $6,750 - $7,250 per month

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Bicultural is a plus.
• Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. Eligibility requires:
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Unlicensed Therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
• Two (2) years of post‑graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting is preferred.
• If not already registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire.
• Successful applicants must have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
• Physical requirements: ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands; sit, stand, walk, reach; lift, carry, push, pull up to 40 lbs; climb stairs; and perform other tasks. Must complete crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
