Tides of Mind Counseling is seeking Outpatient Therapists to join our Torrington and Thomaston, CT teams. Positions available as part-time or full-time. Responsibilities include assessments, outpatient therapy, and documentation.

We value flexible schedules, telehealth options, and ongoing training. Active LCSW/LMFT/LPC licenses are required, with 2+ years of clinical experience preferred. Join a warm, community-focused practice in CT.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW, LMFT or LPC license is required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience delivering outpatient therapy with diverse mental health/substance use concerns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide outpatient therapy to individuals and families.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment using CBT, DBT and other modalities tailored to needs.
• Track patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
