Tides of Mind Counseling is seeking Outpatient Therapists to join our Torrington and Thomaston, CT teams. Positions available as part-time or full-time. Responsibilities include assessments, outpatient therapy, and documentation.

We value flexible schedules, telehealth options, and ongoing training. Active LCSW/LMFT/LPC licenses are required, with 2+ years of clinical experience preferred. Join a warm, community-focused practice in CT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience delivering outpatient therapy with diverse mental health/substance use concerns.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct assessments and provide outpatient therapy to individuals and families with a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns
• Deliver evidence-based treatment using approaches such as CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's needs
• Track patient progress and treatment outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
