Job summary

Tides of Mind Counseling in Torrington and Thomaston, CT is seeking Outpatient Therapists for part-time or full-time roles. You will conduct assessments and provide outpatient therapy to individuals and families with a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns.

Deliver evidence-based treatment using approaches like CBT, DBT, and other modalities while tracking progress and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals and families.

Tides of Mind Counseling is looking for Outpatient Therapists to join our teams in Torrington and Thomaston, CT! We're open to those seeking either part-time or full-time positions.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct assessments and provide outpatient therapy to individuals and families with a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns
• Deliver evidence-based treatment using approaches such as CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's needs
• Track patient progress and treatment outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
