Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health field required.
• CT license or eligible CT associate credential required.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with women’s mental health, trauma, OCD, ADHD, or substance use valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other modalities.
• Provide crisis intervention when clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, PAs, therapists, and outside providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards of care.
• Participate in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Education

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field
