Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services per standards of practice.
• Plan and conduct group therapy as assigned.
• Conduct assessments and interpret outcomes.
• Develop Multidisciplinary Treatment Plans.
• Perform case management and discharge planning.
• Attend team meetings and integrate multidisciplinary reports.
• Deliver ethical, patient-centered care supporting dignity and satisfaction.
