Job summary

Responsibilities include facilitating group therapy, developing multidisciplinary treatment plans, and coordinating care with team members in a dynamic, high-paced setting in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Qualifications

• Requires CSW/LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LPC-A (TX) or Psychologist licensure.
• 0 to 1 year post-graduate clinical practice experience.
• Ability to assess and tailor care across age groups (adult, geriatric, adolescent).
• CPR certification and Oceans-approved de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services per professional standards.
• Plan and conduct group therapy as assigned.
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate case management and discharge planning.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate progress.
