Position Summary

The Program Therapist provides clinical services and care coordination for individuals seeking outpatient services. Responsibilities include therapeutic treatment skills training, basic consultation, psychoeducation, specialized clinical therapy services for clients and families, crisis intervention, short-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed. This position is school-based.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Doctoral or Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and assessment skills.
• Arizona licensure in social work, counseling, or a related mental health field (LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMFT required; LMSW, LAC, LASAC minimum).
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain one within one month of employment.
