WillisCC is a thriving private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers, and psychologists to join our expanding team in Illinois.

We welcome applications from LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologists, as well as those with LSW/LPC (eligible for full license within the next 3-4 months). This position includes some shifts via video telehealth and some hours in person at our studios.

Responsibilities

• Providing behavioral health services to a clinically diverse client population and their families/significant others.
• Direct service responsibilities include individual and family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, group therapy, and evidence-based skills training for primary care clients.
• Participating in weekly group consultations, trainings, staff development, and opportunities to create new clinical programs with our interdisciplinary team.
