Base pay range

$46.00/hr - $49.50/hr

We’re looking for a licensed therapist to join our growing team and provide outpatient therapy to adults (including transition age youth and older adults) across Maine. Ideal Candidate (Who You Are)

• A licensed clinician in Maine (LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, LCPC-C, or LMFT)
• Experienced – at least 3 years in mental health settings
• Skilled in working with diverse, vulnerable, and marginalized populations
• Comfortable with EMRs and familiar with Microsoft 365
• A strong communicator, self-starter, and team player with a sense of humor and heart

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Provide individual outpatient therapy for adults
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, CPT)
• Address issues such as serious mental illness, aging-related concerns, trauma, and identity
• Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients
• Pay: $46.00 – $49.50 per hour (fee-for-service)
• Other Incentives: Performance bonuses
