Purpose of This Position

Children’s Service Center and the Robinson Counseling Center for Adults are seeking an energetic and dependable individual who works well independently and with a team. If you are ambitious and confident in your leadership abilities, the Outpatient Therapist provides services including diagnostic bio-psycho social assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, substance abuse screenings, trauma and domestic violence screenings, psychiatric and psychological evaluations, medication assessments, and monitoring. The therapist serves children, adolescents, families, and adults facing community, home, or school challenges.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Applying knowledge of professional casework principles, practices, and methodology
• Understanding individual and group dynamics
• Utilizing various modalities and techniques tailored to each client and their family

Qualifications

Master's Degree

• Graduate degree in a recognized clinical discipline with a clinical practicum
• Licensed in a recognized clinical discipline with mental health experience (LSW, LPC, LCSW)

Bachelor's Degree

• Bachelor's in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or activity therapies from an accredited college
• Graduate degree with 12 graduate credits in mental health or counseling from an accredited program
