National Counseling Group in Virginia seeks an Outpatient Therapist to provide case management, crisis intervention and wraparound team support within a collaborative care setting.

Licensed or license-eligible clinicians with a Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field will develop service plans, conduct evaluations, and lead individual, family, and group therapy while ensuring compliance and documentation. Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/Resident in Counseling).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
