Job summary

NFS is seeking licensed outpatient therapists to join our Massachusetts network of five locations. You will deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy, perform intake assessments, and tailor treatment plans to real change.

Flexible scheduling supports evenings; full-time salaried or hourly fee-for-service positions are available with guaranteed compensation.。 Join a supportive team with supervision, CEUs, licensure assistance, and a strong benefits package across five Massachusetts

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years preferred.
• Current MA license is a plus; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
