Job summary

NFS, a premier behavioral health provider in the region, is seeking outpatient therapists for on-site roles at our five Massachusetts locations. We offer highly competitive rates and incentives, with full-time salaried and hourly fee-for-service options.

You will work with children, adults, or families using diverse approaches and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. We hire as W-2 employees with guaranteed salary and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years.
• Current license in Massachusetts is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available at this time.
• Excellent time-management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
