Job summary

NFS is seeking Outpatient Therapists to provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy across our MA offices. Earn through full-time salaries or flexible hourly fee-for-service, with options for weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years.
• Current MA license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans creating real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support.
