NFS is seeking outpatient therapists for on-site positions at our five Massachusetts locations. We offer full-time salaried roles or hourly fee-for-service options, with competitive pay and a robust support system including supervision and licensure assistance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Independent clinical license within 2 years is preferred.
• Massachusetts license is a plus.
• Excellent time-management and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage own schedule with client outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.

Education

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field

Independent Clinical License within 2 years

Massachusetts license a plus

Excellent time-management skills

Ability to manage own schedule
