Ellie Mental Health - Fairfield, CT is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to expand access to quality mental health care. You will work within a values-driven culture emphasizing authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, comprehensive benefits, and a pathway to licensure credentialing. You will evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, document sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support diverse clients

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure.
• Candidates must have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.).
• Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Fully Licensed Clinicians will be credentialed with insurance panels by Ellie.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation according to policy.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in the community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines.
• For Full-Time, maintain a caseload of at least 26 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as meaningful and important to the role.
