Position Description
- Provide assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy to clients.
- All therapists work with children and teens. May also see adult clients, if interested.
- Actively collaborate with school staff, parents, caseworkers, and other relevant systems.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule options.
- For part-time, must be available to schedule a minimum of 14 appointments per week.
- Full-time therapists typically schedule 25-30 therapy appointments over 4-5 days/week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay:
- Compensation is fee-for-service, with a flat rate per session.
- Quarterly bonus for full-time therapists.
- All therapists are W2 employees, so no need to worry about paying quarterly self-employment taxes!

Qualifications
- Active license to practice in Pennsylvania – LSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, Psychologist
- At least two years of experience providing therapy to children and families. Experience working with trauma and using evidence-based interventions is preferred.
- Enjoy working with clients from a range of socioeconomic backgrounds and working collaboratively with other systems (e.g., teachers, caseworkers, probation officers).
- Organized and conscientious with great “people-skills.”
- Must meet state requirements for background check and clearances.
