Hiring: Outpatient Therapist (General)

Locations

• Our office in Carlisle, PA
• Schools in Big Spring School District (Newville)
• Or a combination of the above!

Position Description

• Provide assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy to clients.
• All therapists work with children and teens. May also see adult clients, if interested.
• Actively collaborate with school staff, parents, caseworkers, and other relevant systems.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule options.
• For part-time, must be available to schedule a minimum of 14 appointments per week.
• Full-time therapists typically schedule 25-30 therapy appointments over 4-5 days/week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay:
  • Compensation is fee-for-service, with a flat rate per session.
  • Quarterly bonus for full-time therapists.
  • All therapists are W2 employees, so no need to worry about paying quarterly self-employment taxes!

Qualifications

• Active license to practice in Pennsylvania – LSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, Psychologist
• At least two years of experience providing therapy to children and families. Experience working with trauma and using evidence-based interventions is preferred.
• Enjoy working with clients from a range of socioeconomic backgrounds and working collaboratively with other systems (e.g., teachers, caseworkers, probation officers).
• Organized and conscientious with great “people-skills.”
• Must meet state requirements for background check and clearances.
