Enspire Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our growing team in the Philadelphia region. You will provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to diverse clients, collaborating with families, schools, and clinicians to promote resilience and positive outcomes.

The position offers flexible scheduling, caseload autonomy, and administrative support, with in-person work at our Philadelphia and Flourtown offices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy services.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment goals.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, outcome measures, discharge summaries, intake assessments).
• Monitor client progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies as appropriate.
• Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain compliance with agency, state, and professional standards.

Position Overview

The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, family, and/or group therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The Outpatient Therapist works collaboratively with clients, families, community partners, and interdisciplinary professionals to support positive outcomes and promote long-term wellness.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy services
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and participate in treatment planning
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment goals
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including: progress notes, treatment plans, outcome measures, discharge summaries and intake assessments
• Monitor client progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness
• Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community egencies as appropriate
• Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain compliance with all agency, state, and professional standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
• Pennsylvania license or license eligibility (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to providing culturally responsive and client-centered care

• Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check (Act 34)
• FBI Criminal Background Check
• Professional Liability Insurance

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-Time Contract Position
• Expected Hours: 5-20 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling available
• Competitive per-session compensation based on experience and credentials
