This role provides individual, family, and group therapy to students, aiming to support emotional wellness and academic success. The position involves assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with school staff to promote resilience and healthy development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

As a School-Based Outpatient Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to students while promoting emotional wellness, academic success, and healthy development. Qualifications

All employees must be able to provide FBI Clearance, Pennsylvania State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, and Mandated Reporter Training certification prior to employment.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental or behavioral health field.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent clinical licensure preferred.
• LSW, LAPC, pre-licensed, or license‑eligible clinicians are encouraged to apply.
• School-based or outpatient counseling experience is a plus.
