Campbell Psychological is looking for an energetic, dynamic Child Therapist to join our team. Our ideal candidate thrives in a supportive, low‑drama environment and is excited to help children and families become their best. Bonus points if you are a dependable, organized self‑starter who can be counted on to stay on top of things.
This position includes a minimum of 2 days providing school‑based therapy to grades K‑5 and the remainder of the week in our Carlisle office.
What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient therapy to children and teens using creative, engaging, and research‑supported interventions
- Collaborate with families to support meaningful progress
- Actively engage school staff, parents, caseworkers, and other relevant systems
- Maintain clear, timely documentation
- Be part of a positive, team‑oriented environment

Qualifications
- Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field
- Active license or license eligible in Pennsylvania (e.g., LSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, Psychologist)
- A minimum of one year of full‑time experience (or equivalent) providing therapy to children and families. Experience working with trauma and using evidence‑based interventions is preferred.

The Nitty‑Gritty
- Full‑time therapists typically schedule 25‑27 therapy appointments over 4‑5 days/week
- Compensation is fee‑for‑service, with a flat rate per session and a quarterly bonus for full‑time therapists. (All therapists are W2 employees – no need to worry about paying self‑employment taxes.)
- Starting rate for a 55‑minute session is $55 for independently licensed therapists and $50 for associate- or pre‑licensed therapists
- 4 weeks of Paid Time Off
