Job summary

Lakeland Metal Health Center in Alexandria/Glenwood MN seeks an Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team. You will provide diagnostic assessments and ongoing therapy for clients of all ages in a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and MN licensure or license-eligibility (LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT); post-degree supervision is available for unlicensed candidates. EOE/AA

Job Duties

Lakeland Metal Health Center, Alexandria/Glenwood MN, is looking for a highly qualified Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate would provide diagnostic assessments and ongoing therapy in a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic setting. The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for the provision of evidence-based mental health treatments within the parameters of documented training and supervised work experience for clients of all ages utilizing cognitive, behavioral, and other empirically supported interventions for clinical conditions.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Master’s degree and be licensed or license-eligible in MN as an LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT. Licensed candidates preferred; however, post-degree supervision is available for unlicensed candidates.
