Job summary

Lakeland Mental Health Center is seeking a School-Based Outpatient Therapist in Perham, MN. The role focuses on evaluating and diagnosing mental health disorders in students, administering and interpreting psychological tests, and providing therapeutic interventions in the school setting under supervision.

The candidate must hold a Master's in a behavioral health field and be licensed or license-eligible in Minnesota (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC) with eligibility for third-party reimbursement credentials.

Qualifications

The School-Based Outpatient Therapist evaluates and diagnoses mental health disorders, administers and interprets psychological tests, and provides therapeutic intervention to students and their families in the school setting, to the extent his/her level of licensure allows, under general direction of the Outpatient Services Supervisor.

Must be licensed or license-eligible in Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Must be able to be credentialed by third party reimbursement systems. Experience as per licensure requirement.
