Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and provide nursing care to meet physical, psychological and spiritual needs.
• Design, direct, evaluate and document the care plan and discharge needs with the team.
• Prepare patients for treatments, report significant changes to physicians, ensure safety.
• Provide bedside reports for continuity of care and delegate tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment and promptly report safety concerns.
• Document charges and supplies used for patient care.
